1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing or using the Tijaorii mobile app, or by using tijaorii.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Tijaorii is operated by Geeks of Kolachi ("we", "us").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tijaorii.

2. What Tijaorii is

Tijaorii is a personal finance tracker. It lets you record income and expenses, organise them into categories, and view summaries of your own activity. Amounts are recorded in Pakistani rupees.

Tijaorii does not connect to your bank, does not move money, does not process payments, and is not a financial institution. Every figure it shows comes from what you have typed in.

3. Your account

You register with your name and an email address or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your password and your app-lock PIN confidential, and for everything done through your account.

Provide accurate contact details — if your email address or phone number is wrong or no longer yours, we cannot help you reset your password, and you may lose access to your account permanently.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Your data and your device

Your transactions, categories and notes are stored on your device, not on our servers. You own that content. This has two consequences you should understand before you rely on Tijaorii:

• We hold no copy. If you uninstall the app, delete your account, reset your phone, or lose the device, your ledger is gone and we cannot restore it.
• Device access means data access. Anyone who can unlock your phone can open Tijaorii unless you enable the app lock.

Keeping your own records — and your own backups where you need them — remains your responsibility. How we handle the limited data we do receive is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Tijaorii for any unlawful purpose, or to record or facilitate unlawful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any data that is not yours;
• probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service, or circumvent rate limits and other protections;
• reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

6. Not financial advice

Tijaorii is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and no summary, chart or total should be treated as such. Figures depend entirely on what you enter and may be incomplete or wrong if your entries are.

Do not rely on Tijaorii for tax filing, statutory reporting or any other purpose requiring verified records. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

7. Availability and changes

Tijaorii is currently free to use. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may introduce paid features in the future — we will give reasonable notice before charging for anything you already rely on.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sign-in and password reset depend on our servers and on third-party email and SMS providers, and may be unavailable at times. Local tracking continues to work while you remain signed in.

8. Intellectual property

The Tijaorii name, logo, app, website, design and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own purposes. They transfer no ownership.

Your content stays yours. We claim no rights over what you record in the app.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using Tijaorii at any time, and delete your account from Profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your account on our side and wipes the local ledger, PIN and settings from your device. It cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tijaorii is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from financial decisions you make using the app.

Because Tijaorii is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero, or the minimum permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi, Sindh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
